The rates are based on the house (and are not quoted per guest).
A 60% deposit is required to secure the booking.
Balance to be paid in full on arrival.
A key and breakages deposit is required. This is returned within 48 hours of your departure
Payment is via deposit or cash as we do not have credit card facilities. No cheque's are accepted.
Cancellations:
From 21 to 28 days guest forfeit 25% of the deposit.
From 14 to 21 days forfeit is 50%.
From 7 to 14 days forfeit is 75% of deposit.
Less than 7 days forfeit full deposit.
